Downtown Fort Collins will host the 15th annual Old Town Car Show, Saturday, May 21. Come and experience the world of vintage and custom cars and trucks, street rods, muscle cars, classic motorcycles and much more, while taking in the sights and sounds of Old Town. The event is family friendly and free for all spectators; it will run from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., and will take place throughout downtown. There will be professional judges, but attendees will be able to take part in judging their favorite entry. Awards will include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for Best in Show, People’s Choice, and Ladies’ Choice. Advance registration for entries are $15 through noon on May 20 and $20 day of show. Forms are available through the DBA website prior to the event and at the DBA information booth day of show. For over 40 years, the Rist Canyon Volunteer Fire Department (RCVFD) has proudly provided its residents with tax-free wildfire and emergency medical service. On Sunday, September 3, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., RCVFD will be throwing their annual Labor Day celebration to raise funds with free parking and admission.
