Since 1897, Cheyenne has been celebrating its old West roots with Cheyenne Frontier Days. This year, the festival is taking place from July 21-30. What will you find at Cheyenne Frontier Days? The largest outdoor rodeo that attracts top professionals who compete for more than $1 million in cash and prizes. The festival also offers educational opportunities for you and your young ones like Native American Dance Performances, Native American storytellers, and Native American flute players all found in the Indian Village. You can also catch the Grand Parade described as “nothing more than wild gallops through the streets of Cheyenne by a bunch of unruly cowboys on wild broncos.”
Frontier Nights is also where you’ll want to catch both regional and national acts including artists like Brantley Gilbert, Little Big Town, Luke Bryan, Jason Derulo, and Jason Aldean. Head to cfdrodeo.com for details and to purchase tickets for concerts and special events.
