Halloween is a pumpkin’s throw away, and the Front Range has plenty of spooky offerings to indulge your inner Child’s Play this year! Attention parents: here are a few of the best places to take the kiddos trick-or-treating.
• Tiny Tot Halloween: Costumed tykes under seven years old are invited to head to Old Town Square Plaza with their parent or guardian to enjoy a fun and safe trick-or-treating experience. Presented by Country Financial, this free event will take place Tuesday, October 31 at 10 a.m.
• Treatsylvania Farm at Lee Martinez Park: Come to the farm to enjoy trick-or-treating, hayrides and treats for all ages on Friday, October 27, Saturday, October 28 starting at 6 p.m. Tickets: At the farm, EPIC, Northside Aztlan Community Center, and Foothills Activity Center.
• The Fort Collins Ghost Tour: Starting in Old Town Square, get ready to be spooked with the evening ghost tour, where you will learn about local legends, hauntings, ghostly sightings and strange happenings. Tickets: fortcollinstours.com/fortcollinsghost-tours.com
• Halloweentown at The Holiday Twin Drive-In: The iconic seasonal film Halloweentown is playing at the Holiday Twin Drive-in on October 26. The cost for this movie will be a $7 minimum donation. The proceeds for this event will go to Serious Fun Children’s network, an organization that provides summer camp opportunities for children dealing with serious illnesses. The gates will open at 6 p.m. and the movie will begin at 7:45.
