There is never a lack of ridiculously fun things to do around town. Here are Scene’s picks for the week of November 6 through November 12.

Tuesday, Nov. 7. Brains & Brews Trivia Night for Crossroads Safehouse @ Odell Brewing Co. Trivia lovers, there is nothing better than getting to play your favorite game while giving to a worthy cause. This Tuesday, starting at 7 p.m., you can hit up Odell Brewing for six rounds of trivia, two Odell beers, appetizers, prizes, raffles, and more. Funds will benefit Crossroads Safehouse—an organization offering free safehousing, advocacy, legal assistance, transitional housing, and education to individuals and families looking to rebuild a violence-free life. Tickets for individuals are $35,  $200 for a team of six, and $25 for military and first responders. Get your ticket here.

Friday, Nov. 10. Flashback 80s Karaoke @ Dungeons & Drafts. Whether you were alive or not, you probably love the ’80s. Bonnie Tyler, Madonna, Michael Jackson, Bryan Adams, Mötley Crüe, Prince, must I go on? Head to Dungeons & Drafts this Friday starting at 8 p.m. for a Flashback ’80s Karaoke party. Put on your favorite ’80s threads, and receive 10% off your purchase, or sing your first 80s song and get a free shooter. A costume contest will go down at 10:30 p.m.  Don’t miss this, it is likely to be a totally bitchin’ time.

Friday, Nov. 10.  Elise Wunder @ Otterbox Digital Dome. If you’ve yet to hear Elise Wunder and her guitar, now is your chance. This beloved local artist will be playing an intimate show this Friday at 7:30 p.m. that will end with a Q&A session. Tickets are $10 ahead of time and $12 at the door. Tickets can be purchased here.

Saturday, Nov. 11. &  Sunday, Nov. 12. Yart Sale  @ Downtown Artery. Instead of waiting until Christmas Eve to frantically shop for the perfect gifts for all twenty of your family members, we recommend you get a head start. This weekend might be the perfect time to do so. Hit up the Upstairs Art Gallery in Downtown Artery to snag the best handmade gifts, all under $100. The event will have over 30 artists from whose art to choose from. Your shopping experience can kick off at 10 a.m. and go until 5 p.m. both days. More information about the event can be found here.

Nov. 11, Cannabis Smoking & Paint Party @ Loveland Puff and Paint. We’ve written about it before, and we are recommending it once more because..I mean..it sounds like one hell of a time. A spin on sipping wine while you paint, at Loveland Puff and Paint, you can either smoke or eat cannabis (bring your own) and let your creativity flow while an artist walks you step-by-step in creating a masterpiece. Tickets cost $50 per person and include a complimentary glass of wine, as well as shared bud. Get your ticket here.

Nov. 11, Spa Day and Clothing Swap @ Grace Yoga. Clothing swaps have to be the best way to recycle used clothes while restocking your closet with new threads to love and obsess about. Head to Grace Yoga in Loveland for a day of swapping clothes while sipping on wine, snacks, and FREE spa services. Entrance fee cost $5, with the spa/clothing swap party kicking off at 1 p.m. and ending at 4 p.m. Prepare to be pampered and visit their Facebook page for more information.
