What to Know About the Poudre Pour

Do you enjoy beer? The Poudre Pour event is happening on March 31st at the Carnegie Center for Creativity in Fort Collins, and you’re encouraged to come along. This is more than your average craft beer event. You can expect to find beer from several different breweries across Northern Colorado, as well as food, art, and other activities designed for all ages. The day is meant to have fun, but also to recognize the importance of the Poudre River. Its water is a key element in the creation of so many beloved brews in the NoCo area. Come celebrate!

Here’s how you can reserve your spot. The event will require the purchase of a ticket to get in, and there will be no ticket sales at the door. If you want to attend the event, you can find tickets by clicking here. Prices will vary depending on what age you are and which package you want to buy. For an adult wanting to get the whole experience, it will cost $35. Don’t wait though! The event is limited to the first 500 people who buy tickets, so don’t risk missing out on a day full of fun and learning.

Needing another reason to attend? All proceeds of the event will go to the Poudre Heritage Alliance, which works to, “promote historical and cultural opportunities, engage people in the river corridor, and inspire learning, preservation, and stewardship.” So, your money is going to a good cause AND you get to consume beer throughout the day. Sounds like a solid deal.
