Ally Westover took her exquisite eye for fashion to her favorite thrift store, Flamingo Boutique, to construct four sustainable and affordable outfits. Sustainable fashion is a growing passion for Westover. The apparel and merchandising major at Colorado State University has even started her own blog on the topic.
