NATHANIEL RATELIFF & THE NIGHT SWEATS TO OPEN FOR THE ROLLING STONES IN DENVER

The Rolling Stones are excited to announce Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats will join the North American ‘No Filter’ tour as guest artists in Denver on Saturday, August 10 at Broncos Stadium at Mile High.

Denver’s own Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats consists of Nathaniel Rateliff (vocals, guitar), Joseph Pope III (bass), Patrick Meese (drums), Luke Mossman (guitar), Mark Shusterman (keys), Andreas Wild (saxophone), Daniel Hardaway (trumpet) and Jeff Dazey (saxophone). The band’s latest album, Tearing at the Seams, came out last year on Stax Records to widespread acclaim and includes three singles which hit #1 at Triple A Radio. The group kicked off the past year with a performance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” followed by appearances on “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” (twice), “Late Night with Seth Meyers,” “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” and PBS’ “NewsHour,” as well as the 100th episode of “NCIS: New Orleans.” Tearing at the Seams follows the band’s critically and commercially lauded self-titled debut album, which is certified Gold and includes Platinum-certified single “S.O.B.;” in total the band has sold over a million records worldwide.  Over the past four years the band has performed extensively across the globe headlining shows and major festivals including Coachella, Bonnaroo, New Orleans Jazz Fest, Newport Folk Festival, Glastonbury and the Monterey International Pop Festival. The group stays involved in the Denver community through Nathaniel’s foundation, The Marigold Project which focuses on issues of social and economic justice.

The Rolling Stones will make stops in 15 cities across the US and Canada. The tour follows last year’s NO FILTER dates that have taken Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Charlie Watts and Ronnie Wood back out on the road amassing rave reviews as they played to sold out stadiums throughout the UK and Europe.
