Dear Northern Colorado: September 2018

the New Scene Magazine and North Forty News Publisher, Blaine Howerton

September! Yes, we had great events this summer but when the students return to CSU and other local schools the year really takes off! Welcome back students!

All you music enthusiasts, check out for their comprehensive support of all things musical in Northern Colorado and beyond. Their mission — that you “Find Your Place in Music” whether as a musician, music-related business, nonprofit music organization, teacher, or just anyone who loves music.

And you beer lovers, especially those of you who also love your dogs, have an incomparable opportunity to celebrate “pups and hops” at the 10th Annual Fall Harvest Brewfest held at the Lincoln Center in Old Town Fort Collins on Saturday, September 8, pairing with Animal House Rescue & Grooming. You’ll get to enjoy over 100 beers from over 35 breweries and micro-distilleries, along with favorite food trucks, and some of FoCo’s best musical talent.

And in order to have the health and stamina for all the great events this Fall and beyond, check out our story on Sunray Natural Farm and consider what wholesome REAL food can do for you.

It’s starting off to be a great Fall Season!
