Fitness, Yoga & Brews with Mind*Body*You

Join us for an all-levels fitness and yoga class with Mind Body You https://www.facebook.com/pg/mindbodyyouprogram/! The first half of class consists of an all-levels energizing strength training/high intensity interval training (HIIT) circuit, followed by a rejuvenating yoga flow to cool you down and stretch you out. Once class is over, you’ll connect with friends, new and old, AND your first round of #freshtastycraftbeer is on us, Kathryn and Caroline! :D

Please wear sneakers for the workout, and bring a water bottle and a towel. Yoga mats will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
